  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free Shipping: We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase amount required.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders reach their destination within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery to remote locations or northeastern states may take an additional 2 to 3 working days.

3. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website.

  • Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm the order before dispatch.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the cash payment when the courier partner arrives.

5. Delivery Issues and Incorrect Address

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your details before completing your order.

  • Undelivered Packages (Return to Origin): If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier due to the customer being unavailable or refusing the parcel, any subsequent redelivery attempt may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives physically damaged, please document it immediately. Refer to our Replacement Policy to initiate a replacement request within the eligible timeframe.
