Return and Replacement Policy
At The Kairo, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. To maintain our quality standards and keep our prices competitive, we operate under a strict No Refund policy.
All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer a Replacement under the following conditions.

We only replace items if they arrive in the following conditions:

Incorrect Item Received: The product delivered does not match the item you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).
Note: We do not offer replacements for a "change of mind" or if the product was damaged due to misuse after delivery.
